What if there is a problem with my order?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any frozen foods unless they are unfit for purpose, incorrect quantity or deemed unsafe in any way. If you have a problem with any of our products, please complete the form in our Contact Us page within 2 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you designate a safe place during checkout which is inaccessible for any reason, the order will be left in the most reasonable place possible. If a safe place is unavailable this may be left with a neighbour and on rare occasions, delivery

re-attempted the following day.

Courier terms and conditions for perishable goods prohibit the return of your order to TRDF or any depot for re-delivery or collection.  DX reserve the right to destroy the goods and TRDF is not liable should this occur.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery & Collection

Orders received for Delivery before 4.30PM will be shipped next day - where reasonably possible - orders placed outside of the postcodes listed will be shipped on the next available delivery run.

Orders received for "Click & Collect" - Collection before 4.30PM will be available on the same day - where reasonably possible.

Collection times by Appointment ONLY - 10.00 - 6.00 Monday - Friday    11.30 - 5.30 Saturday


Delivery Charges : 0-22 KG £6.00 22KG and over £11

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm     Saturday - 11.30am - 5.30pm    Sunday - CLOSED
